The International Fish Passage Conference is the only international conference that brings together experts from academia, research and consulting, NGOs, and government agencies from around the world to discuss fish passage in the topics of engineering, biology, and fisheries management. The conference is hosted by University of California Davis USA.
Please note: Early registration is highly recommended to attend this conference. Same-day registration will not be available at the event location.

Conference registration fee includes:
- Conference attendance May 5th - 7th including lunch and coffee breaks.
- Transportation and light fare and beverages for the Welcome Reception on Monday May 4th.
- Poster session on Tuesday May 5th.
- Transportation r/t and dinner at the Wednesday May 6th Banquet.
Cancellation policy
Full refund less a $10 processing fee, if requested in writing by March 15, 2026. A 50% refund less a $10 processing fee, if requested in writing by April 3, 2026. No refund after April 3, 2026. Please email cancellation request to [email protected]. In your message, provide the full name of the individual cancelling as well as their registration ID found on their confirmation email.
Short Courses and Workshops plus Field Trips
Six different short courses and workshops are offered on Monday, May 4, and five field tours on Friday, May 8. Descriptions can be found on our website. Registration is required and payment submitted on this site. Once filled to maximum capacity, the workshops and field trips will be ineligible for registration. Workshops and field trips may be cancelled if a minimum number of people is not obtained by April 4. The options are as follows:
